This Short Film concept written by Charlie St. Cyr was written before finalizing the official novel and feature film screenplay. This concept was a chance to see where the film can go and if there's a market and community wanting these types of stories. Our hope is we will get enough support to turn this short into a Feature Film soon.

Storyline: Tala takes Devonté on a road trip to California to finally meet her family for the first time. This is the moment they have been preparing for and now it's time for Devonté to win over the hearts of her traditional Filipino family.
